DULUTH, Ga. (BRAIN) — Fox Factory announced Wednesday morning that it had completed its acquisition of Marucci Sports, a baseball/softwall equipment brand that also owns the Lizard Skins and Oury grip and handlebar tape brands.

Marucci also owns the grip brand Lizard Skins. Fox announced that sales in the bike division were down 58% in the most recent quarter.
