PRAGUE (BRAIN) — Indoor cycling app Rouvy has acquired its fellow app brand FulGaz from the IRONMAN Group. Rouvy has added the 20 most popular FulGaz courses, including courses from real-world Ironman and Ironman 70.3 events.
FulGaz users can continue to use the platform as usual for now.
WESTPORT, Conn. (BRAIN) — Fifteen years after acquiring the juvenile products brand Ergobaby, Compass Diversified Holdings has sold the brand to Highlander Partners, a Dallas-based private investment firm.

KENNEWICK, Wash. (BRAIN) — Carbitex, which makes carbon fiber soles used in cycling shoes by Scott, Lake and other brands, has closed a new funding round for an undisclosed amount. Since 2016, Carbitex has closed on at least five Series A and Series B funding rounds totaling at least $15 million.
