SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland (BRAIN) —Dr. Min H. Kao, the "Min" in Garmin and the company's chairman and CEO, has established a plan to sell a portion of his shares in the company over a designated period.

Two of Kao's family trusts, of which he is a trustee, also will sell shares.

Club Ride headquarters, Ketchum, Idaho

KETCHUM, ID (BRAIN) — Idaho-based clothing maker Club Ride has moved into a new building with three time the square footage of its previous headquarters. 

The company has also expanded its product line, its staff and even its credit line, it announced Tuesday.

2013 RockShox SID 650B

FRIEDRICHSHAFEN, Germany (BRAIN) — SRAM's RockShox brand will offer two models of suspension fork in the fast-growing 650b size, starting in December.

RockShox will offer the SID and the Reba in the new size, which is also referred to as 27.5-inch.

Shimano PRO VIBE handlebars

WASHINGTON, D.C. (BRAIN) — Shimano is working with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission to recall about 67 sets of PRO VIBE carbon handlebars.

The handlebars. manufactured by Great Go Cycles Inc., of Taiwan, can break during riding. No consumers have reported breakages, however.
