SPANISH FORK, Utah--New-to-the-US Tire & Insert company Tannus America has entered the US market by bringing on a team of independent representatives.

  • Derek Griggs: New England

  • John Gnerre: New York and New Jersey

  • Mike McMahon and Martin Gomez: Southern California

  • Curt Yamamoto and Bob Deland of TJCSM: Washington and Oregon

  • Al Robertson: Illinois

  • Ed Tyler: Florida

"We worked with the best shops in our key areas to find our new team of independent reps,” said Sterling Petersen, Business Development Manager at Tannus America. “We're confident that they are effective and hardworking because bike shops knew their name, which to us, means a lot. With our current growth rate of 6-8 dealers per week, we’re counting on strong reps to help us fulfill the company’s potential.”

Less than 18 months after entering the domestic market, Tannus products are being sold in over 130 dealers across the US & Canada. With the release of the new Armour insert that number continues to grow daily. Tannus is receiving orders from major brands and distributors, fulfilling out of its office in Spanish Fork, Utah. The product has gained the favor of top-level pro athletes in mountain and gravel riding and has received positive feedback from reviewers and riders across the country.

"The product solves one of the biggest issues both new and experienced riders face,” said Independent Sales Rep Derek Griggs, “It’s simpler than other solutions, is priced fairly, and the ride quality assures that it will continue to sell.”

Tannus continues to grow and will be hiring more reps in the domestic market. More info on the sales rep program, as well as rep application forms, can be found at www.ridetannus.com.
