MISSION VIEJO, CA (BRAIN)—Matt Ford of Rock N’ Road Cyclery and Scott Tedro of Team Sho-Air have teamed up to offer this sponsorship contest to one man and one woman to race for Team VeloSport for the 2008 season.
The winners will be flown to Las Vegas on September 25, be put up in a hotel for two days (courtesy of Team Sho-Air) for the Interbike show where their sponsorship deal will be announced at the Road Bike Action booth. The winners will get to meet both Ford and Tedro, the editors of RBA and a few of their new teammates. Here’s what each winner will receive:
1) A Specialized S-Works Tarmac Pro road bike.
2) Specialized helmet, gloves and shoes.
3) Three Team Velosport race kits.
4) Oakley Radar glasses.
5) $500 cash each for race-related activities.
6) Round trip airfare and hotel accommodation to Interbike Las Vegas
Contest Rules: Please write a letter detailing why you want to win this contest, your racing goals, challenges you have faced and overcome, and what you hope to achieve by winning this contest. Letters must be postmarked by August 25th, 2007 to be considered. The winners will be announced by September online at roadbikeaction.com and teamvelosport.com. Get writing, and good luck!
