LAS VEGAS, NV (BRAIN) — Polar is introducing a new all-in-one training computer that includes GPS and heart rate functions. Polar claims it's one of the lightest and slimmest integrated GPS training devices on the market.

The RC3 is intended to be a flexible system that works with a variety of sports and can measure pre-, during and post-training benefits and automatically adjust future training levels as necessary. The RC3 GPS wrist unit can mate with cadence and speed sensors and a handlebar mount for bike use. A stride-counting unit also is available for runners.

GPS features include a "Back to Start" function that directs users from their current location back to their starting point.

The RCS is available in various bundles starting at $300 for the GPS-enabled watch up to $369 for the watch with the bike kit. The GPS-enabled watch is available now, the units that work with GPS and heart rate will be available in November.
