PARK CITY, Utah (BRAIN) — Rossignol Group has moved all management of Time Sport in Canada to the group's Canadian headquarters in Montréal. The company also has appointed Spaso Sports to represent Time products at the wholesale level for Canada.
Spaso Sports was founded in 2002 by Carol A. Adams and Bruno Warnotte and became the exclusive distributor of Felt Bicycles in Canada. Spaso later transitioned from being an independent distributor to be an exclusive sales agency for Felt in Canada. Rossignol Group completed its purchase of Felt in March 31 this yer.
"Carol, Bruno, and the team at Spaso Sports have proven their effectiveness as wholesale cycling specialists," said Ron Steele, the president of Rossignol Group North America. "Considering their previous and current success with the Felt Bicycle brand, we feel very confident that we've chosen the perfect agents to generate increased exposure and sales opportunities for Time products in Canada."
