RICHMOND, Calif. (BRAIN) — The German component brand Syntace has named Cycle Monkey its U.S. service partner, distributor, and brand manager.
Syntace joins Cycle Monkey's other German brands Rohloff, Tout Terrain, Cinq5, and Schlumpf.
"We are excited to be working with Syntace. Their commitment to quality and testing is unmatched in the industry and results in products that consumers can be confident in while still being lightweight," said Neil Flock, the owner of Cycle Monkey. "As an engineer, I am extremely impressed with the dedication that the Syntace team puts into their product design and safety."
"Cycle Monkey is a great partner for us with their focus on technical knowledge and customer support," said Jo Klieber, Syntace's owner. "We are a technical products company, and it is important to us to have an agent who can effectively communicate the details that separate our products from the competition."
Cycle Monkey will also handle service and tech support for Syntace's sister-company, Liteville bicycles. Liteville frames will be available on special order for 2017 with a plan to expand offerings in 2018.
In addition to direct Cycle Monkey sales, Syntace products will continue to be available through QBP and BTI.
Cycle Monkey will be showing Syntace products this month at Interbike as well as the Fall CycloFest in Charlotte, N.C., and the Philly Bike show in Philadelphia.
