NORTH VANCOUVER, British Columbia (BRAIN) — X-Fusion Suspension has announced a new service center for Western Canada, SuspensionWerx, located in North Vancouver. X-Fusion also announced that S4 Suspension will now handle sales of X-Fusion products across all Canada, as well as providing service for the East Coast.
Suspension Werx will focus on service only. The company will begin warranty and paid service of X-Fusion suspension products on Jan. 1.
"We've found a great new partner in SuspensionWerx," said X-Fusion general manager Joel Smith. "Company founder and owner James Downing and I have been friends for over 20 years. I am so happy to be working with him again."
X-Fusion suspension service has been handled by Brian Kuhn at R.C.S for the past eight years. XF and R.C.S. agreed on an amicable split earlier this year and R.C.S. will be offering continued support of XF products through the end of the year.
Downing said, "It's an exciting time for us at SuspensionWerx. X-Fusion has been growing in sales and reputation in the rest of the world, so we see excellent opportunity in Canada for the brand."
