MORGAN HILL, Calif. (BRAIN) — Kali Protectives has elevated Steve Hays from a territory management position to the newly created logistics management role. Hays has been with the helmet and protective gear company since 2012, and has spent the past 15 months managing the California territory.
The move is aimed at helping Kali continue to deliver products in a timely fashion, streamline production and shipping, and improve customer satisfaction, the company stated.
"Moving Steve into this role is essential for our company, as we have continued to grow and become more important to our dealers. We have a need to get a better grasp on our logistics to make sure that our delivery time frames are consistent," owner and CEO Brad Waldron said.
