BikePedia launches forum, ad program • Future launches BikeRadar U.S. edition • Jett names Canadian distributor
BOULDER, CO (BRAIN) — Online product database BikePedia.com is adding a forum and is now selling advertising on the site.
"BikePedia wants to offer its users a more interactive experience without having to leave the site to find more detailed information often found in forums," the company said in a press release.
The company said the site receives more than 2.7 million pageviews and 455,000 unique visitors monthly.
Future U.S. launches BikeRadar U.S. homepage
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (BRAIN) Tuesday July 10 2012 7:36 AM MT—Future PLC has launched a U.S. homepage for BikeRadar.com, one of the UK's largest cycling websites.
U.S. readers will now receive localized content, including bike technology, news, features and reviews specifically for the American audience.
“This is a really exciting move forward for BikeRadar.com in the U.S.,” said Ben Delaney, U.S. Editor-In-Chief, BikeRadar.com. “The new localized homepage means that we can create content dedicated to the U.S. audience and users can now keep up to date with all the latest bike product, news and reviews on this side of the Atlantic.”

Jett names Podium Imports as Canadian distributor
FORT COLLINS, CO (BRAIN) Tuesday July 10 2012 7:38 AM MT—Mountain bike clothing brand Jett has named Podium Imports as its Canadian distributor, effective immediately.
“Podium’s well developed dealer network, complimentary brands and a great staff make Podiumperfect match for Jett in Canada,” says John Bradley, Jett's national sales manager. “Podium reps now have samples of the 2012 range and have been visiting dealers this week to introduce them to Jett," he said.
Jett will premiere its 2013 line at DealerCamp in Deer Valley, Utah, later this month.
