Felt Launches New B2B Site

Published April 19, 2011

IRVINE, CA (BRAIN)—Felt Bicycles has launched a new business-to-business website. The new site will give Felt dealers and sales reps access to inventory, allow dealers to place orders online, enable dealers to view account information, and streamline the entire account management process.

“We are very excited about the new B2B site and its ability to manage orders and update dealers with our inventory,” said national sales manager John Georger. “We have worked to make this website very simple, straightforward and easy to use. I think our dealers will be very pleased with the final result.”

The new site allows dealers to view and search inventory via several intuitive options including part number, model name, color, and even image. Inventory status is updated in real-time to help keep dealers aware of what products are immediately available. Orders can be placed online at any time, and dealers can search their order history and check for future deliveries and backordered items.

This new B2B site is another step in the evolution of Felt’s commitment to improving dealer communications. It joins the Felt Workshop, Felt’s online digital training destination which explains the technical details and inside story of Felt products through easy-to-watch video access, as well as Felt’s Document Share where dealers can access self-help resources such as logos, photography, technical PDF’s and more. All of this is supported by The Source, Felt’s electronic dealer newsletter used to preview new products and racing results from Felt’s stable of individual athletes and grass root teams.

Dealers can access Felt’s new B2B website and all other online dealer resource destinations by logging on at www.feltdealers.com (click on above link).
