VISTA, CA (BRAIN)—Canari Cyclewear has hired of Andy Jasper as national IBD sales manager.
Jasper will be responsible for expanding Canari Cyclewear's business opportunities throughout the United States with the help of their outside rep force and inside sales team. Jasper will be taking over duties of the former national sales manager, Erik Dekold, who has accepted a promotion to Canari’s custom sales director.
Jasper, an avid mountain and road cyclist, surfer, and outdoor enthusiast, moved to the San Diego area 10 years ago in search of the ideal weather for outdoor activities. Shortly after arriving in Southern California, he began his career in the industry as an inside sales rep for Speedplay. Given his strong work ethic and passion for the sport of cycling, he quickly worked his way up within the company. He eventually became Speedplay’s sales and customer relations manager, where he was responsible for managing the sales and daily operations. Over the years, Jasper has established a track record of success training, cultivating, and managing both inside sales staff and independent outside sales representatives.
“With the wealth of experience Andy brings to the table and our strong IBD growth in the past few years, we are excited to watch this segment of our business continue its positive momentum,” said Scot Robinson, Canari Cyclewear’s president.
