HALF MOON BAY, CA—Dirty Dog MTB has partnered with Gravity Junkie Promotions for public relations and marketing support.
Gravity Junkie is a new agency founded by long-time industry veteran Rodger Bradford. Bradford has previously held positions with X-Fusion Shox, Quality Bicycle Products and RockShox, according to a press release.
Dirty Dog MTB produces unique disc brake rotors that incorporate graphics into the spokes and braking surface. While the products are nicely suited for the aftermarket, Dirty Dog is hopeful to find OE customers. “We can make custom designs for bike brands that want to differentiate themselves and further market their brand that they’ve worked so hard to build," said Nick DeBeer, Dirty Dog co-founder. “We are hopeful to find a few boutique brands that want something unique to offer their customers. Small frame brands often have very loyal customers and we believe that a custom rotor could really be appealing."
Gravity Junkie will also help bolster Dirty Dog distribution and athlete sponsorship. Bradford added, “We need to increase our visibility in the media and to IBDs especially because we have some new products coming soon.”
Dirty Dog MTB is based in Half Moon Bay, California and has been making unique, patent-pending disc brake rotors since 2005. The company also makes stems and cable guides.
Gravity Junkie Promotions is based in San Jose, California and offers sales, marketing, and technical support to companies within the industry.
