Dorel Hires Mario Stein as CSG Asia VP

BETHEL, CT (BRAIN)—Dorel Industries’ Recreational/Leisure segment has appointed Mario Stein as vice president for Cycling Sports Group (CSG) Asia.

Based in Osaka, Japan, Stein will be in charge of driving the CSG growth agenda in Asia. Stein’s primary objectives will be to continue to drive the CSG multiple brand business in Asia, streamline operations and build a strong team. Cycling Sports Group is a division of Dorel Industries.

Stein comes to CSG with a strong background in branded product sales and a proven track record of growing businesses in Asia Pacific and Europe. Most recently he served as marketing director for Procter & Gamble (P&G) in Tokyo, where he worked for 14 years. Stein is fluent in Japanese, and has spent the majority of his career working in Japan.

In his free time, Stein is an amateur cyclist and avid tri-athlete.
