WOODINVILLE, WA (BRAIN)—After six years with Full Speed Ahead, Ric Hjertberg is leaving the company.
"The bike industry's curse may be too many participants in some categories, but the quality, integrity, and humor of cycling journalists is second to none," said Hjertberg, FSA's technology manager. "Opportunity beckons and this is my time to answer. However, I can assure you that FSA is fully capable to continuing its exciting trajectory without me."
Hjertberg didn't respond to further details of his departure from FSA. Hjertberg could possibly want to devote more time to his wooden rim business called Wheel Fanatyk.
