Founded in 1998, Sena began as an industrial Bluetooth technology company, providing networking solutions to customers across the globe. Sena’s CEO, Tae Kim, an avid motorcyclist, realized his technology could also bridge the gap for wireless rider-to-rider motorcycle communication, which was virtually impossible at the time. Sena developed their initial motorcycle Bluetooth communicator in 2010, which proved to be the beginning of a passion-driven product line that would provide innovative communication solutions to enthusiasts from the powersports, outdoor activities, and now the cycling industry.
