GJC will receive a $7,500 grant and $1,000 in FedEx Office services from the program, which is designed to help small businesses grow.

BTI, Downeast and Hans Johnsen join Hawley Lambert.

DALLAS (BRAIN) — U.K.-based Muc-Off has added three new distributors in the U.S.: BTI, Hans Johnsen Company and Downeast Bicycle Specialists. The three join Hawley Lambert, which has distributed Muc-Off since 2014. 

Muc-Off products will be available from all four distributors effective May 15.

Strava will give all members access to the new features later this year.

SAN FRANCISCO (BRAIN) — Strava is giving a group of 36 top athletes access to new features on its platform, allowing the group members to different types of content in addition to sharing their ride or run data. The app's other users will get access to the new features later this year.

Pon said it was surprised by the 'sudden' end to discussions.

HEERENVEEN, the Netherlands (BRAIN) — Accell Group said it will not continue talks with Pon Holdings about Pon's takeover offer, which was made April 11. Accell informed Pon at the end of trading Monday that it was ending the talks.
