Colin Varanyak:
As a pro BMX rider, product expert, and industry leader, Colin has spent years pushing the sport forward. Now, he's bringing that same rider-driven approach to Haro's BMX, MTB, and performance categories.
"Haro has been legendary in BMX since I started riding, and I'm beyond excited to help shape its future—not just in BMX, but across MTB and performance bikes, too. My goal is to bring fresh innovation and rider insights to the table, making sure Haro keeps breaking barriers and setting new standards."
Lasse Norman Leth:
Lasse Norman Leth, already a key figure in Haro's road division, will now lead Product Marketing for road categories. As an Olympic gold medalist and elite road racer, Lasse understands exactly what it takes to create high-performance road and gravel bikes.
"Haro has been at the top of BMX for decades, and I want to bring that same innovative spirit into road and gravel. We're going to challenge the standards in performance and design, just like Haro has always done in BMX and freestyle."
As Haro expands into new categories, engineering is at the core of making it all happen. Ty Buckenberger has already played a key role in designing Haro's latest platforms, including the Greer and Daley models, proving his ability to blend performance, durability, and technical innovation. Now, he steps into a larger leadership role, working closely with Haro's global engineering team, ensuring Haro's engineering and technical development continue to push the brand forward.
With a background in bicycle engineering, product development, and materials innovation, Ty has spent years leading high-performance frame design, aerodynamics, and advanced manufacturing processes. His hands-on experience working with component suppliers and elite athletes will help Haro refine its development process and create even more cutting-edge products.
Ty Buckenberger:
"Designing the Greer and Daley platforms has been an exciting challenge, and I'm looking forward to taking things even further. My focus is on making sure Haro's bikes perform at the highest level, from concept to production. With a tighter connection between engineering, marketing, and product development, we're set up for long-term success."
This new leadership structure strengthens Haro's commitment to breaking down barriers between categories, making sure product, marketing, and engineering work as one seamless team.
Bjarke Rasmussen, CEO of Haro Bicycles:
