Tara Kuipers Consulting to provide moderation and program support for NBDA's P2 program

Irvine, CA: The National Bicycle Dealers Association (NBDA) has announced Tara Kuipers as the new facilitator of its Profitability Project (P2). Kuipers, the founder of Tara Kuipers Consulting, will provide program support and professional leadership skills to the community of specialty bicycle retailers who participate in P2.

Kuipers has over two decades of experience in community leadership, training, and development. "I'm ecstatic!" she said about her new role as P2 facilitator for the NBDA. "I can't wait to help that great work continue, and find the right ways to help P2 grow - both in participation, as well as extending even more value to its members."

P2 is an NBDA initiative that facilitates meetings among specialty bicycle retailers who analyze specific data from their businesses in order to learn, compare, and create successful business models.

P2 is aimed at providing specialty bicycle retailers a collaborative resource to help them increase sales, profitability, and customer experience.

"I am thrilled we found the perfect person to navigate our P2 program into the future. Tara's well-rounded experience, fresh ideas and new perspective will help us continue to challenge retailers to thrive in today's ever-changing world of specialty retail," said NBDA President Brandee Lepak about the new agreement with Kuipers.

More information about P2 and how bicycle retailers can get involved can be found on the NBDA's website.
