SRAM announces the opening of a second RockShox factory-direct service location in Colorado Springs, CO. The new service center, which officially opened January 2, 2020, supports the western half of the US, and supplements the original service location in Indianapolis, IN.
The new service center is located within SRAM's Colorado Springs facility, supporting warranty and paid service for forks, rear shocks and, telescoping seat posts for independent bicycle shops in the US. With this addition, SRAM expects to reduce the service and warranty turnaround time for west coast dealers by 50%.
"As the RockShox product portfolio and sales have grown over the years, the need for an additional service point was only a matter of time. We are excited to reduce the turnaround time for our dealers and offer a new B2B Service Portal for 24/7 visibility to their return authorization status," said Mark van Gemert, SRAM Dealer Direct Service Manager.
