QBP Provides More In-Store and Online Solutions for Retailers and Consumers
Quality Bicycle Products announced today expanded Retail Fulfillment Services for specialty bicycle retailers to use online channels to sell a wider range of products to customers, with the delivery location of their choice.
"Retail Fulfillment Services provides tools to help shops solve the complex challenges of conveniently serving consumers in today's e-commerce environment," said Jeremy DeBord, QBP Vice President of E-commerce. "It's designed to support retailers by serving the range of customers who shop online or in stores."
Retailers can get started with Retail Fulfillment Services by choosing from two options: in-store and online. With the in-store option the retailer places an order on the customer's behalf, then has it shipped from the nearest QBP distribution center straight to the customer's home or their shop. The online option allows consumers to shop a catalog of QBP products through the retailer's website, with orders shipped from the nearest QBP distribution center straight to the customer's front door or their shop.
In each case it's the retailer who completes the transaction. QBP ships the order from one of its four U.S. distribution centers, with delivery in 1-3 days depending upon when the order was placed.
"Retail Fulfillment Services helps our retail partners compete in today's e-commerce environment when it comes to product selection, convenience and delivery," said DeBord. "It enables shops to showcase thousands of items, with zero inventory risk, and it keeps them at the center of the retail activity."
QBP's Retail Fulfillment Services are available to U.S. retailers in the contiguous 48 states. Some service features require a SmartEtailing website.
