INDIANAPOLIS (BRAIN) — The second annual PlacesForBikes Conference takes place this week here. Organized by PeopleForBikes, the conference kicks off Tuesday afternoon and runs through Thursday.
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif. (BRAIN) — Organizers of the Outdoor Retailer Snow Show have moved next year's show in Denver a few weeks later than previously planned.
KETCHUM, Idaho (BRAIN) — CrankTank has announced Specialized and Maxxis will attend its Impact Media Summit, planned for June 26-27 in Sun Valley.

WESTBROOK, Maine (BRAIN) — The North America Bikeshare Association and the Better Bike Share Partnership are working together to produce a bikeshare conference, to be held Sept. 4-7 in Portland, Oregon.
KETCHUM, Idaho (BRAIN) — CrankTank has announced two new brand sponsors for its June Impact Media Summit in Sun Valley. The event organizer also announced that Sun Valley-based endurance rider Rebecca Rusch and bike media veteran Zap Espinoza will participate in a PeopleForBikes Draft Meetup event planned for the closing evening of the Summit.

FRIEDRICHSHAFEN, Germany (BRAIN) — Organizers of the Eurobike trade show are trying to encourage visitors to use bike to get to the show this year, partly in an effort to reduce traffic and parking challenges.
KETCHUM, Idaho (BRAIN) — 7Mesh, Orbea and Sawtooth Brewery are in the first round of sponsors announced for the inaugural Impact Media Summit. The event produced by CrankTank is this June in the Sun Valley, Idaho, area.
DENVER (BRAIN) — Organizers of the first combined Outdoor Retailer + Snow Show, held last week, say the combined show attracted more than the sum of the two separate shows. It was the first OR show in Denver following the show's decision to leave its longtime home in Salt Lake City last year.
BOULDER, Colo. (BRAIN) — Fifteen scholarships are available for the upcoming PlacesForBikes Conference in Indianapolis — five for the entire registration rate ($450) and 10 scholarships for discounted registration ($300, a $150 savings). The event is May 1-3.
SQUAMISH, British Columbia (BRAIN) — Early registration has opened for the Whistler Bike conference, scheduled for May 23-25. The event focuses on digital marketing and is organized by Pinkbike.com and Whistler Mountain Bike Park.
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (BRAIN) — Quality Bicycle Products will host three fat bike summits in 2018 as part of a strategy to improve access and grooming techniques for fat bike trails around the country.

WASHINGTON (BRAIN) — Kim Jordan, the co-founder and executive chair of New Belgium Brewing, will be the keynote speaker at the 2018 National Bike Summit.
