Bead Slip is not just for tire mounting. Travis says mechanics are using it to fix tires with wobbles, lubricating the bead in the problem area so it slips up under the rim hook. Fitting fat bike tires can be a problem since that fat rubber can be hard to get seated, but a little Bead Slip helps. The slip is also popular for tubeless tire installations.
