NORTHVALE, N.J. (BRAIN) — Jamis and Nirve Bicycles, two brands owned by G. Joannou Cycles, have announced the hiring of several new staff members.
Stacey Kielman will be joining the company as the new outside sales representative responsible for all of Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. Kielman brings a background in both retail and trade experience including most recently as a territory account manager for Serfas, Kali Protectives and Dahon. Prior to this, her tenure in retail began at Landis Cyclery in Tempe, Arizona, where she was a sales associate, buyer and managed all club and event activities. She also worked for three years at Bike Line in Lancaster, Pennsylvania as their store manager. She begins her new job with Jamis and Nirve on Monday, July 24.
The company has also added Ken Ochabas the newest member of its customer service/technical support team. Ochab has 15 years of customer service experience, most recently with Wurth USA where he maintained responsibility for over 400 accounts. Ochab began his new job last month and works from the company headquarters in Northvale, N.J.
Chris Tierno is also a new hire at the Northvale office, where he is responsible for special dealer-facing and other projects as well as supporting the customer service department as needed. Tierno brings eight years of experience as a project manager with Harley Davidson, along with a strong technical background gained though his love of cycling and motorcycles combined.
