LOS ANGELES, CA (BRAIN)—Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa wants to make his city's roads safer when it comes to riding a bike.
The mayor held a bike summit last week, prompted mainly because of an accident he suffered after a taxi cut him off on Venice Boulevard.
