RENO, NV (BRAIN)—Ritchey Design has signed on for another three year term with ITS Logistics to provide warehousing, fulfillment, real time inventory, transaction control and logistic services.
Ritchey initially signed on with ITS in 2003 when they eliminated their in-house California warehouse and moved their inventory to the ITS facility in Reno, NV, according to a press release. This streamlined outbound distribution model controlled costs by integrating shipping and order-entry systems. These ITS Logistics solutions have resulted in reduced shipment errors, saving time and money and measurably improving customer satisfaction.
“ITS has been an excellent partner for our warehousing and order fulfillment needs. Richey now is a high technology, lean and reliable partner to our distributors and retailers. Having ITS Logistics handle this aspect of our business has freed us up to focus on more important things. The move to Nevada has created significant cost savings for us as well,” said John Frechette, COO, Ritchey Design.
“ITS Logistics became Ritchey’s logistics department. This renewal shows we were able to deliver on our promises of improved efficiencies and profitability for Ritchey,” said Darryl Bader, COO, ITS Logistics. “We integrated seamlessly with their systems and strategies. As a cyclist myself, I’ve really enjoyed working with them.”
