Felt’s new B2B portal will provide 24/7, real-time access to product catalogs, availability, and promotions, as well as allow reps and dealers the ability place and track orders, view invoices, and receive critical business intelligence.
Tightly integrated into their back-end ERP through a partnership with Advanced System Integrations, a Microsoft Dynamics AX Gold Partner, the site allows dealer and rep visibility not only to orders written online, but all customer orders, regardless of input source. The site integrates real-time availability and complex pricing, promotion, and shipping groups directly from Microsoft AX, streamlining the overall management of the program.
Felt’s new Hubsoft B2B portal will also incorporate a set of rep forecasting tools, allowing real-time integration of rep forecasts against actual sales. An integrated information hub will allow the distribution of customized reporting, technical and product media, and dealer sales and marketing materials directly to internal sales teams, outside reps, and their dealer partners.
