MIAMISBURG, Ohio (BRAIN) — Batch Bicycles has announced a limited quantity release of its Lifestyle Bike model to dealers. This rigid fork mountain bike is priced at $299.99 and is intended for neighborhood trails and back-to-school use.
The model is offered in four frame sizes and two colors. It has a 6061-Alloy frame, Shimano Tourney derailleur, double-wall alloy rims and 27.5-inch "adventure" tires. Batch Bicycles said the bike offers a 45% margin to retailers.
"All of us at Batch Bicycles are committed to helping make it easier for people to get into riding, which is why we're offering our Lifestyle Bike," said Chris Keller, the general manager of Batch Bicycles. "The price point and quality of this bike were created with the purpose of bringing more recreational riders through the doors of bicycle retailers."
Batch also offers comfort bikes, commuter models, beach cruisers, mountain bikes and bikes and balance bikes for kids. All orders, including online consumer orders, are shipped to an authorized dealer location for assembly.
