SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif. (BRAIN) — BRG Sports Inc. has agreed to sell its Easton cycling business to Chris Tutton, an industry veteran who owns Race Face Performance Products and is a former Easton OEM sales manager.

VAN NUYS, Calif. (BRAIN) — Easton-Bell Sports, Inc. has agreed to sell its Easton baseball and softball business to Bauer Sports for $330 million, the company announced Thursday. It also said it is close to selling its Easton hockey business to "a third party."

VEVEY, Switzerland (BRAIN) — The iconic brand PowerBar has a new owner—Post Holdings, the maker of Grape-Nuts, Post Raisin Brand, Honey Bunches of Oats and other foodstuffs.  Nestle SA sold the brand, along with its Australian sport nutrition company, Musashi, to Post. Nestle made the announcement Monday.
