The Slovenian tool brand now supplies four UCI WorldTour teams.

LONDON (BRAIN) — Unior Bike Tools is now the official partner of four UCI WorldTour teams: Etixx-Quick Step, Movistar,  Trek– Segafredo and, now, Team Sky. Mechanics from these teams use Unior tools and are involved in the development of new and improved products.

Team Sky began using Unior at the start of the season.

"Team Sky's attention to details is well known, and the team have already been providing valuable input to Unior's R&D team around the development of new products. Some of Unior's new tools and accessories will be in use for testing and further refinement by the time of next Grand Tour," Unior said.

Team Sky's head of technical operations Carsten Jeppesen said, "We are very excited to be working with Unior. Their quest for constant improvement, innovation and a keen eye for details matches our own, and the range of tools available to us is second to none."

"The feedback from our mechanics has also been really positive and we'll work closely with Unior moving forwards to ensure we have the best tools in the business."
