SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. (BRAIN) — YT Industries will open a customer experience center in Bentonville, Arkansas, next spring, its second "YT Mill" in the U.S.
The experience centers give customers access to bike demos, consultation, merchandise, brand activations, and events. The Bentonville two-floor showroom with nearby trail access will showcase the complete YT mountain bike range, host community events, and feature a rider's lounge area with pre- and post-ride beverages and entertainment. A pro-level workshop will allow YT customers to get their bikes built, set up, and serviced onsite.
YT has other Mills in San Clemente; Surrey Hills, United Kingdom; and Hausen, Germany.
"It really is incredible to see the amount of energy and focus that the sport of mountain biking is getting in Bentonville, and we're super excited to be bringing YT there," said Jeff Taylor, YT Industries USA president. "The YT Mills are more than just demo centers. They are immersive brand experience centers meant to elevate, educate, and engage the mountain bike community. What better place to do that than the mountain bike capital of the world?"
YT opened its first U.S. experience center in San Clemente in 2019.
"It has proven extremely successful in giving customers access to the brand and an understanding of our vision, and to see our bikes 'in the flesh' on a great trail network," said Matthew Wale, director of global retail.
YT will be recruiting for the Bentonville location in the fall. The latest jobs can be found on us.yt- industries.com/YT-Jobs.
