The program, developed by the Light Electric Vehicle Association, is designed to give bike shop mechanics the information they need to service electric bicycles.
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif. (BRAIN) — Interbike is making it easier for the public to attend the show, hoping to draw in larger numbers this September. The show will open to consumers on the final day, Sept. 12. Presented as Customer Appreciation Day, organizers will allow the general public to enter the hall. Cost per entry is $20.
HELENA, Mont. (BRAIN) — The Montana Bicycle Guild of Helena has announced the inaugural run of the Montana Enduro Series. The series is an outgrowth of Montana’s original enduro race, the popular Helenduro series, held every year since 2009.
PHILADELPHIA (BRAIN) — The first-ever U.S. Brompton Urban Challenge will be hosted by the City of Brotherly Love in late May. Brompton owners’ orienteering skills will be put to the test as they make their way to secret destinations and Philadelphia landmarks. The event will be held Saturday, May 31.
SACRAMENTO, CA (BRAIN) — In recognition of National Bike Month, the Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition is sponsoring “Bike to Shop Day” on Saturday, May 17, with 90 area retailers to encourage cycling for short trips and errands and to promote shopping locally.
