NEW YORK, NY (BRAIN) — Registration for the 2013 TD Five Boro Bike Tour opens Jan. 22 at noon.

The May 5 tour, said to be America's largest cycling event, is a 40-mile trip through all of New York's boroughs on streets closed to traffic. Organizers expect 32,000 participants.
