Los Gatos, Calif., (October 3, 2023) – Beeline Connect, the leading provider of innovative software solutions for the bicycle industry, announces today its expansion into Canada with its full platform support for in-shop and mobile location bicycle retailers.

Beeline Connect's entry into the Canadian market brings a host of benefits to local bike shops, brands and riders including:

Find Nearby and Test Ride: Beeline Connect’s Live Data program enables retailers to sync their in-stock inventory through daily POS uploads which are then displayed on the brand’s website to direct riders to their local bicycle retailer to see and test ride bicycles in person as part of their purchasing decision.

Dealer Locator and Service Center Map: Beeline Connect’s integrated locator map includes retailer updated location information, customized badging to highlight test ride locations and premium dealers, and monthly reporting tools to inform both retailer and brand where actual customer interest exists.

Online Service Scheduling: Beeline Connect’s service scheduling plugins offer retailers a free tool to embed onto their website to fully control their availability and accept rider service appointments seamlessly. This tool also embeds with the Brand’s website helping brands direct their customers to trusted bicycle retailers and giving those retailers easy ways to market their location to new service customers.

New Bike Assembly: Beeline Connect’s Fulfillment Program integrates with the brand’s checkout flow to display available retailers who can receive, assemble and deliver the completed bicycles to the rider. All assemblies are scheduled events using the retailers actual availability putting the retailer in a position of success and simultaneously setting appropriate expectations for the rider.

Free Platform for Retailers: Beeline Connect’s Bridge subscription for Canadian retailers remains completely free, just as it is in the US, with support for both in-shop locations and mobile operations.

"For years we’ve been asked by Canadian retailers if they can use the Beeline Connect tools and now we are excited to make the whole platform available to them," said Neil Macc, Chief Revenue Officer at Beeline Connect. “With the platform growth we’ve accomplished in the U.S. with strong brand partnerships, the timing is now right for us to answer these Retailer’s requests and support our existing brand partner’s efforts while providing opportunities to new Canadian brands."

Beeline Connect has expanded northward with existing brand partners Aventon, Batch Bicycles, DŌST, Niner, and VAAST to provide dealer locator and service center maps, integrated online service scheduling from the brand’s websites, and Live Data services to support ‘Find Nearby’ and book a test rides. Beeline is currently working with Aventon to offer new bike assembly fulfillment scheduling for rider purchases from each brand’s checkout flows.

The company recently celebrated their 10-year anniversary, and has surpassed 2,400 Retailer Locations and 50 brands utilizing the platform in North America.
