Cycling brand Dario Pegoretti connects its workshop with the world in a new, occasional film series about the lives of Pegoretti riders.
Verona, Italy - Pegoretti's workshop has always been a meeting point for friends and family. Over the years, the brand has welcomed people from across the globe, all bound by a common thread: their love for riding and passion for Pegoretti. But the connection doesn't end when their visitors depart. The Officina receives a stream of photos, updates and occasionally something handmade from their customer's home region throughout the year. It's a relationship that connects Pegoretti's workshop to the world.
To celebrate this unique connection, Pegoretti commissioned filmmaker Frederick Shelbourne to meet Pegoretti owners where they ride, to tell their stories and see their life on and off the bike in a new series called 'Universally Pegoretti.'
The first episode, 'Hecho a Mano', sees Pegoretti fly to Puebla in Mexico to meet José Federico, owner of the company that makes the brand's t-shirts, and Carlos Del Rio, a proud Pegoretti owner who graciously shows the team around his town aboard his custom Ciavete Duende.
