[GOLDEN, COLORADO, October 24, 2022] - Feedback Sports, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Carl Boni to the operations team as Director of Operations. Boni joins the staff just as the company established full occupancy of their new building in early October.
"Carl is a critical addition to our team right now," said company founder and CEO Douglas Hudson. "As we expand our product range and adjust our production planning to incorporate new manufacturers, we expect Carl's experience with sourcing and supply chain management to be vital for our growth," he continued.
Boni joined the company on September 1, bringing a wealth of accumulated operations experience in senior roles with respected outdoor brands such as Kelty, Descente Athletic, Spyder Active Sports, and most recently, as COO of Cocona / 37.5TM Technology. Boni is a longtime Colorado resident, a graduate of Fort Lewis College, a high-school cycling coach, and a fixture in the local cyclocross and mountain bike circuits.
Just in time for Boni's arrival to Feedback Sports, the company established occupancy of a new office building at 251 Violet Street in Golden, Colorado. Just blocks from the prior location, the new, larger facility includes dedicated research and development space, a community room with Omnium trainers and exercise equipment, a content studio, and a welcoming entrance lounge.
"Completing this build out and moving into our new space has been gratifying," said company president Jeff Nitta. "We have a great team and it's been fantastic to get everyone back together in the same space. Our staff pulled together and collaborated to make this a place where we enjoy working and can have some fun, too," he added.
