Eliel and Co. signs a bench of experienced senior executives

San Diego, CA June 14, 2021- Eliel and Co. parent company of advanced technical apparel brands Eliel Cycling and endurance brand, Wattie Ink., recently finished the hiring of its third key executive to round out the new senior leadership team.

New members of the team include Marirose Charbonneau, Product Line Manager, Karl Heidgen, Director of Sales and Business Development and Allyson J. Davis, Chief Marketing Officer.
Marirose Charbonneau directs strategic and technical product innovation for inline and custom products as well as collaborations with athletes, artists and other industry leaders. Charbonneau joins Eliel and Co. with extensive experience in global design and technical product development for numerous products spanning categories of cycling, triathlon, swimming (including wetsuits), running and fitness. Named on 3 patents for innovative technical apparel, Marirose has held similar roles with Zoot Sports, LeeMarc Industries Canari, and Shebeest

Karl Heidgen is a recognized name in the cycling industry. Having 18+ years in national and international business development, Karl's extensive knowledge in team leaderships helps him create diverse teams that provide successful results. His contagious personality supports all steps in the custom sales marketplace including internal and external environments. He is respected throughout the industry for his leadership and loyalty to cycling. His comprehensive knowledge of products, and markets have guided strategy and delivery of sales growth for businesses including Pactimo, Borah and Haute Route.

The new Chief Marketing Officer, Allyson J. Davis, joins Eliel and Co with extensive experience launching, branding, rebranding and transforming sport and lifestyle businesses. She specializes in developing company vision and culture, building successful strategic, and creative integration between internal teams, and integrating external partnerships and programs to expand brand value and business growth. Recent companies have included Red Bull, Universal Sports Network and Rusch Ventures where she was 7x world champion Rebecca Rusch's business partner and head of marketing. Additional ventures have included the NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA, U.S. Olympic Committee, sports national governing bodies such as USA Cycling, USA Swimming, USA Ski and Snowboard, and global events such as the Boston Marathon, Alpine World Championships, Rugby World Cup, FINA World Championships, Ironman, Giro d'Italia, Mavericks Big Wave Surf, Road Cycling World Championships, and Interbike (partial list).
