Sea Otter Classic Expands Its Team

Monterey, CA: The Sea Otter Classic (“Sea Otter”) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Facets Marketing, a specialized firm dedicated to offering a full consortium of marketing services to cycling and adventure sports brands. This new alliance presents a tremendous opportunity for Sea Otter to execute on its continued growth while focusing on developing and implementing new operations and sales initiatives.

Jeannie Retamoso has led Sea Otter’s Marketing and Operations for 10 years. She will now focus solely on Operations so that she can elevate the customer experience. Her goal is to deliver highly optimized encounters for all attendees from the time they enter the gates to the time they leave.

“This partnership signifies Sea Otter’s commitment to provide the cycling industry with a key event in the United States that celebrates all forms of cycling while holding to our festival roots and atmosphere. Holly Colson, owner of Facets Marketing, is a seasoned marketer and cycling industry veteran. She has held previous executive roles in the cycling industry and has extensive event experience in marketing and operations including the Olympic Games in Atlanta.
