RALEIGH, NC (BRAIN) — Performance Bicycle will celebrate the opening of two new stores in Oregon and Florida on Wednesday. The company announced in February plans to enter the Florida market with five stores in 2013, opening stores in Fort Lauderdale and Tampa in March, Orlando in April and Boca Raton in May.
The new 7,718 square-foot store located at 110 Oakway Road in Eugene is the fifth Performance Bicycle location in Oregon, joining stores in Beaverton, Tualatin and two locations in the Portland metro area.
In Florida, a new 10,210 square-foot store has opened in Jacksonville at 4421 Southside Boulevard.
Both stores offer more than 3,000 cycling-related items including bikes, clothing, sports nutrition, components and accessories. The stores will also feature Performance Bicycle’s signature Spin Doctor Service and Repair department.
Performance Bicycle is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and is majority owned by North Castle Partners in Greenwich, Connecticut. The company operates more than 100 retail stores across the U.S.
