IRVINE, Calif. (BRAIN) — Bosch eBike Systems is expanding its reatiler training program. The company will now offer its Dealer Certification Clinics in 65 cities from this month through March 2018. Dealers can also use the clinics to renew their certification, which expires 15 months from the date of their last training.
This three-hour certification course will be taught by Bosch technicians in conjunction with regional service providers Magura USA and Live to Play Sports (in Canada), and provides dealers with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Bosch eBike technology. Certified dealers receive priority support from Bosch eBike Systems and will also receive Bosch eBike Systems diagnostic tools. The tools are available for pick up at clinics for those who registered two weeks prior.
The Bosch Dealer Certification Clinics cover:
- Service process
- Removal and re-installation of components
- Laptop diagnostic tool operation
- Intro to Model Year 2018 innovations
- Expert tips on system operation, diagnostics and correcting problems
Training packages available:
- $175 ($225 CAD) (First shop member): training + certificate + starter kit (includes diagnostic dongle, battery jig, lock ring) + marketing collateral
- $40 ($50 CAD) (Each additional shop member): training + certificate + marketing collateral
