OGDEN, Utah (BRAIN) — Mavic is increasing its connection with Hincapie next year, by sponsoring the brand's development road team and its gran fondo.
Mavic will supply equipment and wheels to the Holowesko|Citadel Racing Team p/by Hincapie Sportswear next year. The team was formerly called the Hincapie Racing Team; for 2015 it is hoping to attain UCI Pro Continental ranking. The team will primarily ride on Mavic's Cosmic Carbone Ultimate and Ksyrium Pro Carbon SL wheels.
Mavic also will provide neutral support at the Hincapie Gran Fondo, which is held in Greenville, South Carolina, in October.
