KENT, WA (BRAIN)—Seattle Bike Supply is transitioning to a new computer system June 29 and is encouraging dealers to place orders early in the week to avoid delays.
Orders taken after 3 p.m. (dealer’s local time) on June 28 will not ship until July 2. The shipping schedule applies to all four of SBS’s distribution centers.
The company’s business-to-business website, www.seattlebikesupply.com, will go offline at 7 p.m. PDT June 28. It will be up again July 2. The company recommends that dealers call the sales department directly to place orders and check availability during the downtime.
