SANTA FE, NM (BRAIN)—Shops have an option now for receiving Magura factory service on all Magura products: they can still send products to Magura USA in Illinois, or BTI in New Mexico.
“BTI is the perfect fit for Magura” said Jeff Enlow, Magura USA’s general manager. “Magura dealers can count on the BTI staff to offer expert advice on our suspension and brakes along with a complete selection of parts and accessories. BTI’s Magura Service Center positions us to handle growing U.S. market demand.”
Sabine Spitz won Olympic Gold for Germany last weekend on Magura’s Durin SL and Marta SL components, something the factory trusts will turn into increasing demand for its products. Magura still do all of their production and research and development production in-house, at its headquarters in Bad Urach, Germany.
“If your shop mechanic has the parts and the experience to make repairs on site that’s always best, but we’re here to back up our Magura dealers with on-demand service. We can usually turn a repair item around in 48 hours, at reasonable rates, with a 90 day guarantee that you can pass along with confidence to your customers,” said Matt Maienza, BTI’s factory service center manager.
In addition to Magura, BTI is a factory authorized service center for 15 other brands.
