CHICO, Calif. (BRAIN) — Paul Components is offering a new cable-activated dropper post trigger. The U.S.-made trigger uses dual stacked sealed cartridge bearings in the pivot for zero slop and long, serviceable, life.
A pinch bolt and cable head recess allows the cable to be run in either direction because some droppers pinch the cable at the seatpost, while others pinch the cable at the trigger. The trigger has a hinged clamp so it can be installed without removing the grip, and a barrel adjuster allows for fine tuning the cable tension.
It's made of 6061 American aluminum, weighs 40 grams and is available in anodized black, silver, or purple or polished. Retail price is $86 anodized, $92 polished.
