TORONTO (BRAIN) — Cervélo Cycles appointed Robert de Jonge as its managing director effective Feb. 1. The company also announced that Jesse Porter had joined the company on Jan. 1 as global sales director.
De Jonge joined Cervélo in 2012 when he became sales manager for Asia and Latin America. In 2014 he moved with his family from Toronto to Hong Kong to set up a regional commercial office, and was appointed sales director for Asia Pacific. "Under his leadership, Cervélo's regional footprint and brand presence grew extensively," the company said.
Porter has experience in sales, marketing and retail services. He comes to Cervélo from Felt Bicycles after having held various positions at Specialized Bicycle Components.
