Peloton to sell Bike+ at Costco during holiday season

NEW YORK (BRAIN) — Peloton is expanding its third-party retail network further by offering the Peloton Bike+ at 300 U.S. Costco stores and online during the holiday season beginning Nov. 1.

Costco members will be able to buy the Bike+ bundle through Feb. 15 or while supplies last. The partnership is Peloton's first seasonal retail collaboration in the U.S. Costco has 136 million members.

In 2022, Peloton began offering products at more than 100 Dick's Sporting Goods stores, including stationary bikes, treadmills, and accessories. 

"The Costco brand is incredibly powerful and respected in the U.S. and abroad," said Dion Camp Sanders, chief emerging business officer. "Costco members know they are shopping for high-quality products from trusted brands with the best value. We're excited to learn from this first seasonal collaboration in the U.S. and hopefully expand distribution of Peloton products to new geographic markets with Costco in the future."

The Bike+ is expected to retail for $1,999 in-store and $2,199 online, including delivery, and comes with a 48-month extended warranty. The membership required to access content on the Peloton Bike+ is $44 a month and allows accounts to be created for each person in a household.
