Philly Bike Expo moves to March 2024

Published March 6, 2023

PHILADELPHIA (BRAIN) — The Philly Bike Expo, one of the country's largest consumer expos, is moving from its traditional fall timeframe to springtime next year. The show's next edition will be March 16-17, 2024, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

Expo director Bina Bilenky said, "It's a bold step and a great move for us! There is so much energy for a springtime kickoff to the cycling season, we're all really excited to move to March. We've been thinking about a spring date for a long time, and now is the right time to make this move."

Bilenky said the show already has a bank of exhibitor inquiries for the show. Formal registration will open late this month. As in previous years, booth space is expected to sell out well before the expo, she said.

"Industry interest in the Expo is getting stronger every year, and there's growing excitement about the PBE Squad, an inclusive cycling movement we're supporting which was founded on PBE-sponsored athletes and ambassadors," said Bilenky.

The show will feature exhibits from small manufacturers and custom frame builders to large companies, with seminars, workshops and clinics covering bike tech, advocacy, lifestyle & culture, evening social events, and a selection of rides and children's activities.
