FRANKFURT, Germany (BRAIN) — Helmet manufacturer Limar SRL formed a division to serve the U.S. market, with the first new helmets ready for distribution in the coming weeks.

The U.S. website is live, and Limar USA will begin contacting retailers, said USA co-president Bianca Bernardi.

"We have the capacity to service retailers with daily deliveries, and we already have more new products in the pipeline for 2023 with plans for steady introduction in the months ahead," said Bernardi, who will work with Limar USA co-president Giovanni Caporali.

Bernardi will be managing sales responsibilities with regular visits to retailers. She can be reached at Bianca@limar.com

The company will enter the American market with products for adults and most models equipped with MIPS. Limar said the collection will cover gravel, enduro, commuter, and e-bike categories. The company plans to add more models as retailers help direct and request their favorite styles. It is expected that in a few years the company will have the same full range offered in Europe and around the world.

"We recognize that to maintain our growth and momentum we had to enter the U.S. market to leverage the investments in R&D, product development, teams like the Astana Qazaqstan WorldTour team," said Alberto Nicoli, CEO of Limar SRL. "We are investing heavily and expect our products to be well received based on the feedback we collected at Sea Otter."
