Duties:
• Advanced troubleshooting directly with customers
• Assisting shops with repairs
• Preliminary warranty evaluation
• Support customer service team with troubleshooting and case escalation
Requirements
• Supportive attitude with customers seeking solutions
• Advanced bike mechanical/troubleshooting knowledge
• Strong computer skills
Pay range: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
